Spend the weekend of May 5 and 6 shopping the area
rummage sales in and around Amherst for amazing costume
attire (or pull out some truly funky outfit from the back of
your closet). And then we encourage you (not required)
on Saturday, May 13 to put on that attire and your dancing
shoes and head to The Amherst Opera House for an evening
of pomp and frivolity. No outfit is too outrageous!! Choose
some courtly attire or take a sharp right and come as your
favorite Star Trek character. Anything goes. The idea is to
dress up with thrifted items and have a ball!
