SUMMARY:Treating Arthritis with Boron
DESCRIPTION:Brian Brown will give a talk called ‘Treating Arthritis with Boron’ at the Amherst Opera House on Tuesday April 9 at 6:00pm. \nIn the 1960’s Rex Newnham\, Ph.D.\, D.O.\, N.D\, developed arthritis. At that time he was a soil and plant scientist in Perth\, Western Australia. Conventional drugs did not help\, so he looked for the cause into the chemistry of plants. He realized that plants in that area were rather mineral deficient. Knowing that boron aids calcium metabolism in plants he decided to try it. He started taking 30 mg of boron a day\, and in three weeks all pain\, swelling and stiffness had disappeared. \n  \nJoin us for a lively discussion about this natural healing remedy.  This is a free event.

SUMMARY:Preventing Heart Attacks & Dissolving Blood Clots with Vitamin E
DESCRIPTION:In the 1930’s\, 40’s\, & 50’s Drs. Wilfrid Shute MD & Evan Shute MD treated more than 30\,000 cardiac patients with Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol). They found that Vitamin E has an oxygen-sparing effect on heart muscle.  It helps to gradually break down blood clots in the circulatory system\, and helps prevent more from forming. Vitamin E encourages collateral circulation in the smaller blood vessels of the body and helps strengthen and regulate the heartbeat. \nPlease join us for an interesting discussion about this timely subject.  no cost to attend.
