DESCRIPTION:Sound Journey at the Opera House\, Saturday\, May 3\, 2025\, 3-4pm\nJoin me for a one of a kind experience!  An immersive Sound Journey in the beautiful\, historic Amherst Opera House!  I’ll fill the beautiful space with healing vibrational sounds using crystal singing bowls\, metal Tibetan bowls\, chimes\, drums\, and a gong\, welcoming you into deep relaxation\, instilling a sense of peace and calm\, physically\, mentally\, and emotionally.  You are welcome to lie down\, sit\, or stand during the sound journey.  Please bring blankets and pillows (yoga mat if you would like) and whatever else you need to be comfy.  I will have a limited number of yoga mats available to use.  This special event is $30 and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to The Amherst Opera House.\nTo register contact Phoenix Rising Healing \nphone:  715-347-0639 \nemail:  risingphoenixhealing@gmail.com \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n
